Snowcem Plus Guarantee

We are so confident in the quality of Snowcem Plus paint that, if you have a problem with your paint within five years of application then we will replace your paint, as long as you have complied with the provisions in this guarantee.

We will honour the guarantee if:

  • You have applied the paint to properly prepared surfaces in accordance with the manufacturer and other instructions provided with the paint (either on the packaging or our website).
  • You have stored and used the paint in accordance with our operational and maintenance manual.
  • You have applied the paint within the shelf-life referred to on its packaging.
  • The paint was unopened (for example, the five year guarantee would not apply to any application from an opened older tub).
  • You can provide proof of purchase.
  • You can provide evidence (photographs or otherwise) of the problems you are experiencing with the paint. Please note this guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear or either damage caused by flood or storm grade weathering.

We may need to send a specialist to assess the damage to assess your claim.

Upon assessment, if we are satisfied that your claim falls within the guarantee then we will send you replacement paint (or, at our discretion, a voucher or refund). Any vouchers must be used in accordance with their instructions.

This guarantee does not cover any problems which arise due to matters outside of our control.

We reserve the right to withdraw or make changes to this guarantee at any time and any updates to this guarantee will be displayed on our website.
